Meeting Room for Rent
Reservations are accepted by phone during the business hours. Please check the availability first when you call. (Tel. 0466-22-2128) You can start applying for reservation from the first day of the month preceding two months before the month you want to reserve. (For example, if you want to reserve on September 13th, your reservation for that day will be accepted from July 1st. ) Please fill out the application form at the reservation desk.

※Smartphone users can view the availability by scrolling sideways. The points to keep in mind and the rules you need to follow while using the meeting room are as follows.

About the Update Operation of Storage Facilities

(1)Update
a. If you want to continue using the mooring or storage facilities even after the expiration of the approved period, please apply for extension 15 to 45 days before the expiration date according to the prescribed procedure.
b. If you continue using the mooring or storage facilities after the expiration of the approved period without applying for extension in advance, your application for future use of the facilities may no longer be accepted. Therefore, please be sure to apply for extension in advance according to the prescribed procedure, if you intend to do so.
(2)Change of the Yacht
a. You can change (replace) your vessel, provided that the vessel you intend to change (replace) fully meets the pre-defined set of conditions.
b. The size of the vessel you intend to chage (replace) must be within the tolerable range of the specifications of the facilities you have been approved to use.
c. To change (replace) your vessel, you must notify in advance and follow the procedure to gain approval, etc.
(3)Change in the Name of Use
a. You can change the registered information on the owner and joint users of the vessel, provided that the information you change to fully meets the pre-defined set of conditions.
b. To change the registered information on the owner and joint users of the vessel, you must file a prior application, etc. according to the prescribed procedure.
(4)Change of the Entry Fact
If there are any changes to the information you registered when you applied for approval (your name, address, contact information, etc.), you must notify these changes as soon as possible.
(5)Report of the Use Abolition
If you intend to discontinue the use of the facilities to store your vessel, you must notify your intention in advance by taking the necessary procedure, including the submission of a written notification on the discontinuation of use.

Usage notes
The availability of the parking space shown on the web page is based on the information obtained from iPosNet real-time parking lot information when the viewer accesses the web site.
In other words, the information on available parking space displayed on the web site will not be updated until the viewer manually refreshes the web page.
Therefore, the information shown on the web page may differ from the latest status of parking space availability. In that case, the information displayed at the actual parking lot takes precedence over the information on the web site.
Some parking lots may continue to show visual signages that indicate that they have space available for parking, even after they are closed for that day. The operating hours of each parking lot can be confirmed on the web page that shows the details of each parking lot.
